The BlooMoon Customer Portal

We are excited to share that we now have a new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, and more! This quick tutorial outlines the basics of using the new portal.

If you prefer to reach us by phone or email, that's ok too, but we think you will love the portal!


Step One

You can access the Customer Portal by following this link https://bloomoonpetresort.portal.gingrapp.com

If you are logging in for the first time, select "Reset Password?"

If you have not registered an email address with us in the past, we highly recommend entering your phone number to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

You will then be prompted to input your email or phone number attached to your account.

We highly recommend entering your phone number to avoid creating duplicate accounts. Once you have entered you correct phone number (or email), select Send Reset Link. You will receive an email and/or text with the password reset link.

Once you receive the text or email you can select the Set Password link.

Step Three

Now enter a password! Make a note of this password or create a password you can easily remember. Click Reset Password.

After creating your password you will automatically be logged into the BlooMoon Customer Portal!

All done! Now you can input information about your pet(s), create reservation requests, upload photos of your pets and more!
